Origin
The palmaris brevis originates from the flexor retinaculum and the palmar aponeurosis.
Insertion
The palmaris brevis inserts into the skin folds on the ulnar side of the wrist.
Action
Contractions of the palmaris brevis form the skin folds on the ulnar side of the hand.
Innervation
The palmaris brevis is innervated by the ulnar nerve.
